The nose is fruity, elegant, fine, quite generous and offers a certain intensity. It reveals notes of blackberry cream, Quetsche plum and red berries combined with notes of licorice, a discreet woody notes and a fine note of sweet spices. Beautiful intensity and finesse! The mouth is nicely fruity, mineral, elegant and offers a beautiful matter, tension, precision and an acid frame (nice acidity). On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry jam and fresh Quetsche plums associated with a touch of blueberry, wild strawberry as well as delicate notes of licorice and oak. Tannins are fine and elegant. Good length and persistence. A beautiful wine!
