Beautiful fresh, elegant and intense nose that offers a beautiful precise and taut grain. We find notes of blackberry, violet and small notes of sweet pepper associated with touches of small ripe fruits as well as fine hints of sense of place (local biotop) and a discreet hint of fresh oak. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers freshness, juiciness, brightness of the fruit, harmony, a good matter as well as a beautiful purity of the fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy black cherry, juicy blackcurrant and small notes of bright plum associated with touches of small fresh/juicy red fruits, hints of cornflower, licorice stick, lilac, nutmeg as well as discreet hints of fresh hazelnut and an imperceptible almost sage hint. Tannins are sapid and supple. Beautiful freshness, delicacy and a melodious side. Good persistence.
