The nose is fruity, racy and offers a small freshness as well as a small concentration. It reveals notes of blackberry, Cuben pepper and more slightly juicy fruits associated with fine touches of toasted, cassis bud as well as a very discreet hint of minerality and spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, fullness, freshness, a mineral frame as well as a material slightly tight and slightly unctuous. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh/juicy blackberry, fresh/juicy raspberry, minerality and more slightly juicy cassis associated with discreet hints of toasted, graphite (in the background) and a very discreet hint of chocolate (in the background). The finish is slightly dry. Tannins are fine. Good length.
