The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, minerality, a fine acidulous frame as well as gourmandize and energy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy raspberry, juicy/fresh cassis and small notes of small red berries associated with touches of lily, fresh violet, a racy minerality as well as hints of zan, nutmeg, tonka bean and a subtle hint of tobacco. Tannins are finely powdered.
