The nose is fresh and flowery with a certain racy elegance in the concentration. We have notes of fresh boysenberries, cornflower and small notes of fresh lilac associated with touches of small fresh wild red fruits as well as hints of graphite, saffron flowers and fresh gray pepper. The palate is nicely mineral with freshness and tension. It has accuracy and a tangy structure with notes of juicy and pulpy blackberries, violets and more slightly bright blackcurrant associated with a touch of crunchy small fruits as well as hints of crunchy fresh cherries and discreet notes of graphite, saffron and sweet spices. There is good work on the bitters. Presence of a sappy hint that brings freshness.
