The palate is fresh, fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers a good definition, juiciness, a mineral frame, a small tension, precision as wel as power. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy blackberry, fresh/juicy raspberry and small notes of juicy/crunchy cherry associated with fine touches of cornflower, chocolate as well as very discreet hints of cardamom/tonka bean. Tannins are elegant and well-built. Good length. Power as well as very fine hints of cocoa on the finish.
