The nose is fruity and offers a small juiciness as well as concentration. It reveals notes of juicy/ripe raspberry, juicy/ripe cherry and small notes of racy minerality associated with fine touches of fresh blackberry, a fine hint of flowers as well as very fine hints of zan, toasted and a very discreet hint of mocha. The palate is fresh, fruity, well-balanced, finely acidulous and offers a good definition, juiciness as well as a mineral frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy cassis, fleshy/juicy strawberry and small notes of cherry associated with small touches of chocolate, liquorice, very fine hints of tonka bean, caramelization as well as an imperceptible hint of coffee and Bourbon vanilla.
