The nose is fruity, well-balanced and finely gourmand. It reveals notes of ripe lemon, ripe pear and small notes of pineapple in syrup combined with discrete touches of small yellow fruits / kumquat, beeswax as well as a very discreet hint of lemon zest (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced, straight and offers a good tension, a juicy frame, a fine minerality and a nice freshness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of crystallized lemon and crystallized tangerine, combined with small notes of pineapple, juicy green apple as well as a hint of beeswax and a very discreet / imperceptible hint of vanilla tip on the finish. Good length.
