The nose is fresh and juicy. It offers notes of red cherry, red plum, strawberry, blueberry and black plum, combined with notes of wild mint, white pepper, licorice and violet. On the palate, the wine is juicy and fluid. It expresses flavors of red cherry, red plum, strawberry, ripe raspberry and morello cherry, combined with notes of dried mint, licorice, as well as a touch of vanilla and cornflower. The tannins are firm, well structured, slightly grainy, but balanced by fruity substance and salivating acidity. Beautiful freshness on the finish and a nice length, which offers a certain complexity and delicate spicy notes (cinnamon, white pepper).
