The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/mineral frame, tension as well as a fine suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, pulpy/juicy blackberry, small notes of violet associated with touches of liquorice, griotte, crushed raspberry as well as fine hints of chocolate and a very discreet hint of crushed almond. Tannins are well-built. A very discreet chew on the finish.
