The wine has a pretty light, shiny and limpid apricot color, with melon reflections. The nose is aromatic on the fruit. There are stone fruits such as apricot and yellow peach. An imperceptible note of vanilla also makes its appearance little by little. With air, there are a few touches of apple but also of thyme and white pepper. The attack is smooth on the fruit with always this vanilla note which is added to an imperceptible note of coconut and pine sap. The peach gives way in the mid-palate to pineapple and mango. The finish has a hint of salinity, creamy on small red fruits such as cherries.
