The wine has a straw color with lemon highlights. The nose is fresh with minerality and lemon notes. We also have fine touches of peach. When aerated, we have a saline side that develops. In the mouth, there is fruit and freshness. We have touches of pineapple as well as juicy peach. There is always a saline side present and a velvety side in the mouth. The finish is on lemon zest.
