Château Maïme – Héritage 2019 – Côtes de Provence

The nose is fresh, fruity, elegant and offers a beautiful definition/precision on the fruit. It reveals notes of peach/pulpy brugnon, crushed green apple, small notes of pulpy/fresh raspberry associated with fine touches of lemon as well as a hint of kumquat, ripe apriot, a subtle hint of rose petal and an imperceptible almost iodine hint. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/finely acidulous frame, a good definition, gourmandize, suavity as well as a finesse of the grain, elegant, a beautiful balance and harmony. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy raspberry, juicy nectarine, small notes of juicy/fresh lemon associated fine small touches of juicy/pulpy kumquat, apricot as well as fine hints of rose petal and an imperceptible hint of thyme flowers (in the background). Good length.
