The nose is fruity and aromatic. It reveals notes of blackberry and crème de cassis associated with fine hints of flowers and a fine touch of tobacco. The palate is fruity, gourmand, generous, well-balanced, relatively fat and offers a nice unctuous and slightly creamy matter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, Quetsche plum and fine touches of blueberry associated with slight notes of crushed strawberry (in the background) and chocolate. Tannins are fine and well built. Good length. There are fine notes of coffee on the persistence.
