A small volatile side and spicy. There are notes of ripe small red fruits, flint/graphene, spices and a varietal hint. The palate is nicely fruity and offers freshness, minerality, a tangy frame, tension as well as a certain precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cherry, crushed blackberry and small notes of raspberry associated with touches of cornflower, star anise as well as hints of nutmeg, toast, chocolate and a hint of sweet blond tobacco (in the background).
