It expresses notes of pulpy/bright cherry, small crushed red berries and slight notes of violet/lily associated with touches of camphor, star anise, fresh black plum and has fine hints of pepper. The palate is fresh, fruity and offers minerality, juiciness, suavity, a tangy frame, as well as tension and energy. It expresses notes of pulpy/bright blackcurrant, pulpy/acidulous violet plum and more slightly – crushed raspberry associated with a subtle roasted hint, liquorice and fine hints of spices. A hint of roasting/coffee in the background.
