The nose is fruity, concentrated, and benefits from being decanted, with a certain aromatic depth. We perceive notes of luscious strawberry, bright blackcurrant, and small notes zan, associated with touches of toast, violet, star anise and a hint of small, bright blue fruits. The palate is fruity, creamy, gourmand, with energy and a tangy structure, offering beautiful definition. We find notes of creamy blackcurrant, roasted-elegant cherry, and small notes blueberry, associated with touches of small crushed fleshy blue fruits, as well as hints of star anise, chocolate, and a touch of graphene and gentle roasting. Good length. Tannins are fresh and elegant, offering gourmandise and harmony.
