Nice and powerful nose, shiny, with a good maturity and a fine spicy side. It reveals notes of bright cassis, bright plum and small notes of violet/lily associated with fine touches of crushed small blue fruits, vanilla and a very discreet hint of lilac. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, an acid frame, roundness, a good definition, straightness, tension, a certain finesse in its structure as well as a slightly creamy matter. A beautiful freshness drives the tasting. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of crushed cassis, crushed blackberry and small notes of raspberry associated with touches of cornflowers, lilac as well as hints of chocolate, caramelization and crushed hazelnut. Tannins are sweet. Some barrel impact.
