The nose is aromatic and offers a certain aromatic depth, beautiful spicy notes, precision, elegance and a little intensity. It reveals notes of boysenberry, violet and incense, associated with touches of nutmeg, racy minerality, discreet hints of small wild fruits, wild cassis, as well as a hint of elegant black pepper and smoke. The palate is beautifully fruity, mineral, fresh, it offers good definition, a certain juiciness, freshness and brightness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy cassis, bright cherry and small notes of violet, combined with touches of bright blackberry, a fine hint of juicy/fresh violet plum, touches of tonka bean, toastiness, and a hint of nutmeg. The tannins are precise, mellow, gourmand and sapid.
