The palate is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, gourmandize, elegance, volume as well as gourmandize, ampleness, a certain richness, fullness, a mineral frame, a beautiful definition and a small unctuosity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quite ripe raspberry, wild strawberry, small nots of crushed cassis associated with touches of violet, lily as well as hints of almond, nutmeg, very discreet hints of underwood, a subtle hint of cinnamon and bergamot. Tannins are finely firm. A fine salinity on the finish/persistence.
