The nose is complex and elegant. It reveals notes of ripe fruit (blackcurrant, raspberry), peony and slight notes of wood. The palate is fresh, mineral, slightly fat, harmonious, “aerial” and precise/well defined. In the mouth it expresses notes of juicy fruits, black cherry, cherry, slight notes of plum (in the background) and raspberry combined with a touch of spice. There is a small mineral salinity on the finish. Beautiful definition of fruits aromas in the mouth. Good length.
