The nose is fruity, concentrated and intense and relatively fine. It reveals notes of boysenberry and cassis jam associated with slight notes of violet, iris as well as a touch of orchid and a discreet touch of liquorice (in the background). The palate is fruity, silky and offers freshness, a nice fat, a small minerality, balance and a good matter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, strawberry and slight notes of black cherry associated with a hint of cassis, toasted oak as well as fine touches of Zan. Tannins are fine and well built. Good length and good persistence.
