The nose is very finely tight and offers a small power as well as a fine intensity. It reveals notes of ripe wild cassis, violet, acidulous/ripe wild blackberry associated with small touches of wild raspberry, fleshy violet plum as well as fine hints of liquorice, incense and chocolate. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers minerality, juiciness, a good definition, gourmandier, an acidulous frame, tension, a racy minerality, suavity as well as richness (in tension and elegance). On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/crushed blackberry, fleshy/crushed wild strawberry, small notes of crushed small blue fruits associated with fine touches of violet, fleshy violet plum as well as hints of liquorice, tobacco, cocoa as well as very discreet hints of grey pepper. Tannins are very finely dry.
