The nose offers a small power, finesse of the grain as well as a good definition and a small aerial side. It reveals notes of wild blackberry, small notes of crushed cassis associated with fine touches of ripe wild strawberry as well as a fine hint of iris, zan and a discreet hint of tea/pepper. The palate is fruity, elegant, well-balanced and offers a racy minerality, juiciness, a fine/finely tight grain as well as a fine aerial side and amslal fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, juicy blackberry, small notes of violet associated with touches of juicy strawberry as well as fine hints of zan, sugared mild tobacco and discreet hints of ripe almond/cardamom. Tannins are well-built. Good length. A very fine hints of chocolate on the finish/persistence.
