The nose is fruity, relatively rich and offers elegance as well as slighlty powerful. It reveals notes of blackberry, cassis and slight touch of wild fruits, redcurrant and wild strawberry associated with a hint of rose, chocolate, zan, tobacco as well as an imperceptible hint of Ceylan tea. The palate is fruity, fine, well-balanced, a bit juicy and offers an acid frame, a slight minerality, a slight fleshy as well as fat. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry, cassis, fleshy strawberry associated with hints of raspberry, juicy plum as well as hints of licorice and a discreet toasted oak. Tannins are fine and integrated. Good length and persistence.
