The nose is fruity, jammy and offers freshness. It reveals notes of candied lemon and candied pear associated with slight notes of botrytis, white flowers and fruits in syrup. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, juicy and offers a slight acid frame, a racy minerality, fat, a beautiful freshness, richness as well as a slight unctuosity. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of candied lemon, crystallized lemon zests and pear in syrup associated with slight notes of roasted pineapple as well as slight hints of compoted white fruits, honey and a very discreet hint of botrytis (in the background). Good length.
