The nose is aromatic and offers freshness, a certain power and concentration. It reveals notes of crystallized mandarine zests, small notes of quince associated with small touches of candied kumquat, candied apple as well as fine hints of mandarine flowers, pineapple, fine hints of spices and honey/patisseries. The palate is fresh, fruity, well-balanced, finely tight and offers an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied mandarine, crystallized quince, small notes of candied kumquat associated with touches of candied pear, honey, roasted pineapple, a hint of patisseries and an imperceptible hint of chamomile (in the background). Good length.
