CHÂTEAU LILIAN LADOUYS 2024 – Saint-Estèphe

(Organic) The nose is elegant, with a fine mellowness and an airy side at the same time. It reveals notes of blackberry, violet and small notes of pulpy cassis, associated with touches of small crushed red berries, even finely roasted, as well as hints of violet and racy minerality, with a discreet hint of iodized. The palate is well-built, supple, gourmand, with a juicy frame, a chiselled side and a certain brilliance. It expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, bright cassis and small notes of small brilliant red berries, combined with touches of violet, lilac, as well as fine hints of saline/iodized minerality and delicate, elegant licorice hints. Tannins are sapid and mellow. Tangy persistence, finely sappy, with energy.
