The wine has a pale color with lemon reflections. It is clear and shiny. The nose is mineral with notes of gunflint and racy minerality as well as fine touches of roasted white peach, vanilla pod and baked apple. We also perceive crunchy and juicy fresh fruit with lemon, pear and some sweet spices which further complexified the tasting. The palate is round, fresh with tension and aromatic breadth. We have a tangy frame with a nice velvety mouthfeel. There are notes of roasted yellow peach, juicy apricot as well as yellow apple, sweet spices, toasted coconut, toast, vanilla cream and white pepper. It is a gourmet, gourmand, powerful wine that leaves its mark even in a long finish on wood and fruit.
