The nose is aromatic, very slightly tight, elegant and offers a small power. It reveals notes of crunchy green plum, mirabelle plum and small notes of citrus associated with touches of fresh almond and a very discreet nutmeg. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers good definition, a mineral frame (fine minerality), finesse, suavity, purity as well as fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of mirabelle plum, quince and small notes of small yellow fruits associated with touches of apple, citrus, racy minerality, spices as well as a very discreet hint of flowers and an imperceptible touch of vanilla (in the background). There are a hint of fresh almond and a hint of green nuts on the finish / persistence. Fine chews on the finish.
