The nose is fruity, well-structured and marked by Cabernet. It reveals notes of strawberry, cherry and cassis combined with hints of spices as well as a hint of pepper, a subtle hint of tea and a very discreet hint of cassis bud. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a nice mineral frame, a slight juiciness, a slight suavity as well as a small gourmandise. It expresses notes of crushed cassis, jammy strawberry and slight notes of raspberry associated with slight touches of liquorice, toasted oak, vanilla and a very discreet hint of cardamom and tea. There is a very discreet hint of chocolate on the finish / persistence.
