The nose is intense, aromatic as well as slightly concentrated. It reveals notes of flowers (iris, redcurrant) associated with touch of spices, gray pepper as well as slight notes of toasted/sweet spices. The palate is fruity, mineral, smooth, a bit juicy and offers an acid frame as well as a good definition. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of redcurrant blueberry, raspberry and slight notes of cherry, blackberry associated with a very discreet hint of green bell pepper (in the background) as well as slight notes of chocolate, zan, a hint of tobacco and slight notes of toasted oak/sweet spices.
