The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. The nose is fresh and gourmand at the same time. It expresses notes of ripe apricot, white peach, lemon zest, grapefruit, green apple in the background as well as acacia, a touch of honeysuckle and a very subtle woody side (vanilla, toasted hazelnut, fresh almond). The palate is refined, slender and gourmand, with a beautiful tangy frame, a pleasant bitterness of grapefruit and a smoky hint of bergamot, perceptible from the attack. It also expresses flavors of ripe lemon, tangy apricot, white peach, green apple, acacia and dried lime blossom. The woody notes are delicate and integrated (toasted hazelnut, a hint of bitter almond). Good length with a slight honeyed touch. A refreshing and pleasant wine.
