Château Lestage – La Mouette 2023 – Bordeaux Blanc

The nose is fruity, frank and offers pulp and a fine intensity. It expresses notes of nectarine, small white fruits and more slightly lychee, associated with fine touches of white lilac and a discreet hint of ripe citrus fruits/sweet mandarin. The palate is fruity and offers minerality, freshness, a little tension, a little fat, a certain juiciness/smoothness, a tangy frame. It expresses notes of pulpy/juicy peach, quenette and more slightly – tangy/crunchy pear, associated with small touches of kumquat and white flowers/flower pistil. Good length with a saline aspect.
