The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a slight mineral frame as well as a slight fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed strawberry, crushed cassis and slight notes of liquorice associated with a touch of blackberry, fresh raspberry as well as subtle / discreet touches of cassis bud and subtle touches of sweet spices. There are a hint of liquorice and an imperceptible touch of pepper on the aftertaste.
