The nose offers a fine intensity / concentration. It reveals notes of blackberry, fleshy raspberry and small notes of zan associated with slight hints of mocha / chocolate, blackberry as well as very discreet hints of violet and cardamom. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a small juiciness, a small tension, a mineral frame as well as a good definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, ripe/fleshy raspberry and small notes of cherry associated with a touch of violet, cassis as well as hints of tonka bean, toasted hints and a very discreet hint of vanilla. Tannins are well-built. There are hints of chocolate on the persistence.
