The nose is fruity and offers a slight richness/concentration and elegance. It reveals notes of boysenberry, ripe/crushed raspberry and slight notes of ripe cassis associated with a hint of violet, toasted oak/caramelized oak as well as a hint of cardamom, mocha and a very discreet hint of violet in the background. The palate is frutiy, fresh, mineral, well-balanced, well-built and offers a beautiful suavity, a beautiful definition as well as a good volume. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, juicy raspberry and slight notes of cassis associated with touches of black cherry, blueberry as well as slight hints of toasted oak, sweet spices and an imperceptible hint of vanilla. Tannins are well-built.
