The wine has a pale melon color. The initial nose is subtle with a hint of orange blossom and juicy white peach. The second nose opens with notes of yellow lemon and lightly crushed fresh blackberry. The palate is fresh, tangy on the attack with a slight roundness. There is a slight bitter edge with notes of juicy lemon and peach with a touch of apple. The finish of the tasting presents a light salinity with still a slight bitterness and notes of jasmine.
