The palate is fruity, elegant, well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition, gourmandize, suavity as well as a small richness, precision and roundness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy strawberry, pulpy/juicy cassis, small notes of crushed Boysen berry associated with a touch of black plum, zan, chocolate as well as fine hints of hazelnut, mild tobacco, coffee (in the background) and black tea (in the background).
