Château Les Vimières 2019 – Haut-Médoc

The nose is fruity, well-built and offers a very fine concentration/deepness. It reveals notes of crushed cassis, crushed gariguette strawberry, small notes of pulpy/juicy Boysen berry associated with touches of violet, lily, zan as well as a discreet hint of liquorice and black tea. The palate is fruity, elegant, well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition, gourmandize, suavity as well as a small richness, precision and roundness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy strawberry, pulpy/juicy cassis, small notes of crushed Boysen berry associated with a touch of black plum, zan, chocolate as well as fine hints of hazelnut, mild tobacco, coffee (in the background) and black tea (in the background).
