The nose is floral, fruity, fresh and offers a certain depth and a fine infusion side. It reveals notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, violet and lily, associated with fine touches of infusion, hints of morello cherry, as well as discreet hints of cardamom and a subtle hint of vanilla. The palate is beautifully fresh, juicy, it offers roundness, a lovely fresh/ample mid-palate and finesse. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, juicy/pulpy cassis and bright cherry, combined with touches of plum, as well as hints of cornflower, lily, lovely notes of sense of the place and a subtle, almost wild hint in the background. Good length. The tannins are mellow and finely sappy. Good work on the good bitters.
