The nose is fruity and offers a fine grain, a small power as well as a certain small density and deepness. It reveals notes of crushed wild blackberry, small crushed black fruits, small notes of small wild strawberry associated with touches of violet, fleshy blueberry as well as very fine hints of cuben pepper and spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, slightly tight and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, tension as well as a certain richness, a small density and a fine power. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/pulpy cassis, pulpy wild blackberry, small notes of wild strawberry associated with small touches of blueberry as well as fine hints of caramelization, chocolate, oak, toasted/vanilla, discreet hints of cardamom and cuben pepper. A beautiful grain on the persistence.
