The color of this rosé is pale with a pink gold colour. The wine is clear and shiny. The nose is aromatic on fresh herbs such as savory but also on yellow apple and vine peach. There is a nice freshness that emerges. The second nose is enveloping, with citrus fruits like kumquat but also a discreet hint of grenadine. The mouth is fresh with a nice acidulous frame. We find citrus fruits with kumquat but also lemon blossom. Without forgetting the fruits of the orchard with slightly green apricot and grapes. There is a little astringency in the mid-palate and a hint of salinity that continues on the finish. The whole is mineral and the end of the mouth remains elegant on the almond.
