This rosé has a very pale color on rose gold. The nose is fresh with mineral notes as well as white peach. We also see some imperceptible touches of orange. The second nose is more on aromatic herbs with a hint of liquorice leaf. The palate is soft, suave with notes of apple as well as white peach. The whole is discreet with a salivating finish with a hint of salt. There is a good general freshness.
