The nose is fruity, it offers a certain aromatic concentration, depth of fruit and a fine, elegant darkness. It reveals notes of brilliant/bright cassis, wild blackberry and small notes of sweet pepper, associated with fine touches of clove, nutmeg, as well as a discreet floral, almost blood-orange hint. The palate is fruity, mineral, fresh, it offers straightness, a precise, straight and sharp, tannic frame. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, juicy/pulpy cassis and small notes of cornflower, combined with touches of fleshy cherry, as well as hints of flowers, a fine hint of lilac, clove and toasted hazelnut. The tannins are finely mellow and gourmand. A hint of roasting on the persistence/retro finish.
