The nose is nicely fresh, stretched and offers power in freshness, a nice fine texture as well as a certain complexity. It reveals notes of ripe wild cassis, Boysenberry and more slightly crunchy raspberry associated with touches of pepper, fresh flowers as well as a hint of fresh / ripe purple plum and discreet hints of spices. The palate is fruity, nicely racy and offers juiciness, a tangy frame, good definition, a certain suavity, gourmandize, tension, a nice stretched side, a subtle hint of austerity as well as a nice freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh / pulpy blackberry, fresh wild cassis and more slightly raspberry associated with touches of fresh flowers, spices, a subtle hint of pepper as well as a discreet hint of crunchy blueberry, limestone and a subtle hint of almost cinnamon in the background. Tannins are precise, elegant, mellow and offer a certain straight. Presence of discreet hints of cocoa at the end of the mouth / delicacy. Nice persistence and work on the bitters.
