Château Les Charmes Godard 2020, Francs Côtes-de-Bordeaux

On the nose, fresh, fruity and offers good definition, some small concentration and a slightly tight texture. Juicy/fresh apple, fresh/juicy nectarine, and more lightly peach blossom notes with small hints of citrus as well as refined notes of Spanish lime and a subtle hint of white flowers. On the palate, fruity, fresh, mineral, balanced and offers a juicy frame, a little fat, gourmandize, roundness as well as a certain suavity, a flattering side, a finely mastered richness and sapidity. The wine expresses notes of juicy/chunky apple, crisp vine peach and slightly juicy Spanish lime combined with hints of citrus (kumquat, lemon) as well as fine peach blossom and an imperceptible hint of verbena (in the background). Good length.
