(48% Cabernet Franc, 29% Cabernet Sauvignon, 23% Merlot) Lovely, elegant nose, precise and offering aromatic depth, finesse and complexity. There are notes of boysenberry, fresh blueberry and small notes of crushed raspberry, associated with touches of small ripe/fleshy fruits, hints of cornflower, graphene, a hint of tobacco, as well as fine (even sappy) hints of lilac, an imperceptible hint of almost mandarin zest, black olive and chocolate. The palate is well-built, fruity, elegant, airy, delicate, silky in accuracy and offers delicacy, subtlety, a mineral frame, beautiful energy, a crystalline side, aromatic depth, a pretty infusion side as well as elegant/delicate darkness. An enveloping/coating fatness with precision and finesse. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh cassis, blue plum and small notes of small red fruits, combined with touches of cornflower, black tea, hints of star anise, fine hints of mandarin, Timut pepper, as well as a discreet hint of cocoa nibs, nutmeg, vanilla and fresh hazelnut. Velvety tannins. Good length. A fine, creamy hint on the finish.
