Château Leroy-Beauval 2023 – Bordeaux Blanc

The nose is expressive, gourmand and slightly sweet. It expresses pastry notes (brioche, candied lemon, lemon curd), associated with notes of fresh fruit (white peach, fresh lemon, apricot) and fresh flowers (apple blossom, acacia). We also find a slightly lactic and toasted touch. The palate is oily, but refined. It expresses the gourmet flavors of brioche, candied lemon, white peach and apricot, a sweet touch of brioche and butter, as well as fresh flowers (acacia, apple blossom), refreshed by the tangy and slightly bitter hint of lime. The finish is quite persistent, with fresh acidity.
