The nose is nicely built, fruity, elegant, precise, juicy and offers tension, notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, blueberry and more slightly – pulpy bigarreau cherry associated with touches of violet, small bright fruits, as well as hints of small blue plum, fresh blond tobacco. The palate is nicely built, fruity and offers gourmandise, a nice pulpiness, purity and brilliance of the fruit, a graphite side. It expresses notes of pulpy/brilliant blackberry, pulpy/brilliant strawberry and more slightly – juicy plough cherry associated with almost roasted-juicy touches, as well as fine hints of graphite, iodine/racy minerality, infusion, cardamom, cornflower and star anise. Nice tasty tannins, sapid and finely chalky. Good length.
