The nose is very elegant and offers a nice complexity and power (in finesse), depth, a floral side as well as a nice width of the aromatic palette. It reveals notes of pulpy cassis, bright raspberry and more slightly redcurrant associated with touches of blueberry, saffron, tonka bean / cocoa and very discreet hints of pepper (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced, elegant and offers juiciness, a certain gourmandize, a little tension, precision as well as racy. This wine expresses notes of pulpy redcurrants, fresh / crunchy raspberries and more slightly of fresh flowers associated with touches of violet, lilac, tonka bean, almond as well as discreet hints of cinnamon and toasted almond. Tannins are fine, supple and elegant. Pretty and delicate hint of chocolate on the finish / persistence.
